The booking request can be made through the booking form on this site: that is just a request for availability at Residenza il Sole. We will be responsible for answering your request promptly and in case, please give us instructions for booking. The reservation is valid only after a confirmation and deposit.
Payment methods: the reservation is valid only after paying 30% deposit by bank transfer or credit card (Visa / Mastercard), PayPal; the balance in cash or with card upon arrival. Credit card is required as a guarantee. The reservation is valid only after payment.
Documents: Upon arrival guests must provide identification documents (including minors’), in order to complete and communicate their presence to the police. According to art. 13 of D.L. 30.06.2003 n. 196, all personal data of our customers will be processed both by computer and manually, in order to fulfill fiscal and legal obligations (drafting invoices, recording data etc.) and provide the requested service, as well as keep our guests updated with future promotions and offers.
As a guarantee, a credit card will be required upon check-in. Alternatively, any extra charges must be paid on the spot or a deposit of 100€ per day of occupancy must be made upon check in. The break and / or loss of keys and gate’s remote control, will be charged a minimum of € 50.00.
Breakfast: breakfast is served from 08:30 to 10:30. It is forbidden to take away from the buffet tables. For any needs, please contact the staff. Please promptly report food intolerances and allergies to the staff or to the reception.
Check-in: check in is open from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, unless otherwise agreed or rooms are ready before that time. It is always recommended to communicate the time of arrival at the b&b. Beyond 8:00 pm, we offer custom check-ins on request: from 8:00 to 10:00 pm [20€], from 10:00 pm to 12:00 am [35€], from 12:00 to 01:30 am [50€], after 01:30 am only by prior arrangement.
Check-out: rooms must be left no later than 11.00 am. Check-outs after this time are allowed only with the approval of the Management and with a cost of 50% of the daily rate until 13:30 and 100% beyond that time. The room keys must be returned to the reception. Rates are per day regardless of time of arrival. Customers who wish to leave during the night or in the morning before 07:30 am, must notify promptly and check out, and the balance of any extras and taxes must be settled the day before departure. If the customer decides to anticipate the departure before the established date, they must still pay the amount of the entire stay. There is no refund for non-occupancy from the day booked.
Housekeeping: the daily cleaning is carried out from 08:30 am to 2:00 pm. Bathroom linens are changed every 3 days, bed linen every 5 days. Any towels left on the ground any other day than change day, will be considered chargeable extra change.
Method of payment: the overnight stay must be paid at the time of arrival, together with the tourist tax (1 € per person per day – children under 12 years old excluded), through cash, electronic payments (POS) or instant bank transfer. In case you need an invoice, please inform us as soon as possible by giving us the data of the header, address, tax code / VAT, recipient code / PEC. Otherwise we will issue a simple receipt and it will not be possible to cancel it later on.
Minimum age to book a room: 18 years old. Minors must always be accompanied by parents or a legal guardian.
Minimum age for stay: 8 years old.
It is forbidden to bring animals or other people into the room at any time. Taking to the room food or beverages not authorized by the management of the B&B and their consumption (except for rooms provided with a kitchen). Smoking and use of drugs. Talking loudly and/or shouting. Slamming doors or windows. Connecting to the electric system (220V alternating current) any household appliance brought with you, except electric shaver and battery charger, unless otherwise agreed. Letting unaccompanied minors to roam the facility. Leaving the air conditioner and/or heating on while away from the room. Having parties in the room, in the common areas and in the swimming pool.
It is recommended to respect the time slots 10:00 pm – 08:00 am and 2:00 – 4:00 pm when it is expected to rest. It is also recommended to lock the door and check that the windows are well closed, to avoid any theft of valuables from the rooms.
The Management of the B&B is not responsible for the loss of objects and / or valuables, guest is required diligently look after their objects (use the safe in the room, if any). In case of electric power loss or water supply interruption due to the suppliers of the service or for other reasons of force majeure, the management disclaims any responsibility and will not make any refund. The B&B is equipped with a medical first aid kit (plasters, hydrogen peroxide, etc.) located at the reception desk. For more serious problems the guest can ask our staff to contact the emergency services.
The B&B does not provide a 24-hour concierge. For any requests when the staff is not around, please contact the phone numbers provided. In case of emergency contact the authorities.
The parking is not guarded and is for the exclusive use of guests of the facility.
AQVA Pool Club, the bar service and the related use of the pool, are available from June to September from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. Changes in closing hours or days may vary without notice. Pool towels and services are available to guests of the facility only. Guests of the B&B are entitled for free use of sunbeds only; the use of cabanas (double beds with canopy) are available on an extra charge. AQVA Pool Club, bar and related services are also open to external customers who are not guests of the B&B . It is not allowed to use the pool beyond the period and times indicated.
Extra Services,all the extra service we offer (rent car/bike, shuttle service, excursions and more…) are offered with companies in third parties
The customers agree to respect the premises and the things contained therein, any damage caused will be charged at the cost of restoration. The conduct of both adults and minors is considered contractually relevant and, therefore, any violation of the rules of this Regulation and the common rules of civil coexistence and smooth running of the B&B will result, according to the judgment contractually delegated to the Management, in the immediate termination of the contract and expulsion from the structure. In this case, the Management of the B&B is entitled to withhold the amounts already paid and to demand the remaining amounts, even as compensation for damages, except for the right to compensation for greater damage ascertained. The Staff in charge of the Direction is obliged to enforce the Regulations against anyone. Each customer in the very act of accepting hospitality in the structure also contractually accepts to submit to the authority of such staff, which is however obliged in turn to always respect the laws of the Italian Republic and the principles commonly accepted by our culture of courtesy and good manners. It is the policy of the B&B to treat all guests with respect and dignity and, as responsible hosts, we have an obligation to protect guests from inappropriate behavior. If a guest’s actions are deemed inappropriate by a staff member, or if inappropriate behavior is reported, Management reserves the right to take action against the guest after verifying such a situation. Depending on the severity of the guest’s actions, Management may, at its discretion, request the intervention of law enforcement or remove guests from the facility.
