Terms and conditions
Payment methods: the reservation is valid only after paying 30% deposit by bank transfer or credit card (Visa / Mastercard), PayPal; the balance in cash or with card upon arrival. Credit card is required as a guarantee. The reservation is valid only after payment.
Documents: at the time of arrival it is essential to present a valid identity document for each guest, in order to allow the registration according to the laws in force. In the case of minors, they must be accompanied by at least one of their parents or be accompanied by a signed authorization.
Check-in: the rooms are available after 3 pm. In case the arrival time will not be communicated check in will be from e pm to 8 pm to assure you a proper check-in, and ’cause we don’t have a h24 reception, we’d like to know your expected time. Custom check-in on request:
-from 20:00 to 22:00 [20Eur]
-from 22:00 to 24:00 [35Eur]
-from 24:00 to 01:30(day after) [50Eur]
-after 01:30 only after special request
Check-out: the rooms are to be emptied no later than 11:00.
City tax: it’s not included in the rate price.
Children: free from 0 to 3 years.
Pets: not allowed.
Smoking: We are sorry, but smoking in the rooms is not allowed.
Breakfast: unless otherwise agreed, breakfast is normally served from 08:30 to 10:30.
Housekeeping: The reorganization of the rooms will be done from 08:30 to 13:00; Change of bed linen and bath towels on request by paying.
Cancellation and / or waiver of the stay: In case of cancellation of the stay by the client, the communication must be received in writing (by e-mail); We will try to do our best to meet the needs of the customer by moving the booking, but if this is not possible, we will proceed as follows: For cancellations received by the 30th day prior to arrival no penalty; Allowance will be fully refunded. For cancellations made between the 30th day and the expected arrival date, a penalty of the total amount of the reservation. During the High Season and the Highest Season, the stay is non-refundable: the total amount will be charged when booking. In case of no show it will be owing the full amount of the stay.
Early departures: any changes must be communicated promptly before arrival; If the customer decides to depart before the due date, they will still have to pay the full amount of the stay. Impossibility to accept the reservation: if Residenza il l Sole was forced to cancel the reservation, in agreement with the customer, it will try to find an alternative solution of the same class; If this is not possible, the amount paid in advance will be returned.
